KAKAER Body Kits is the export brand of Kakaer Automobile Repacking Design (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd — also known in the trade as CCRT DESIGN. Founded in 2017 in Guangzhou, China, we design and manufacture aftermarket exterior body kits in two materials: FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) and carbon fiber. Everything we make ships factory-direct to dealers, tuning shops and distributors outside China.
What we make
Our catalog covers 248 products for 31 car brands — from the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y to the Toyota GR Supra, Nissan GT-R, Ford Mustang, Mercedes-AMG GT, Honda Civic, BMW 4 Series and Porsche 718. Products fall into three groups:
- Widebody kits — full conversion kits with bumpers, fender flares, side skirts, diffusers and wings
- Body kits and lite kits — complete aero packages without wide fenders
- Individual parts — hoods, fenders, front lips, wings, diffusers and other single components (197 entries)
Most kits are offered in both materials where tooling allows. FRP kits start around $488; full dry-carbon widebody kits range up to $29,286. Individual parts start from $43.
FRP or carbon fiber?
The two materials serve different builds. FRP is hand-laid fiberglass: affordable, easy to paint, and the right choice for daily-driven cars and first-time widebody projects. Carbon fiber parts are laid in molds and cured for a lighter, stiffer part with a visible weave; our carbon line includes vacuum-infused and dry-carbon pieces for show cars and track builds. Where a kit exists in both materials, the fitment points and mounting hardware are the same — only weight, stiffness and finish differ. Dealers often stock FRP versions for volume and carbon versions for flagship customers; both ship from the same production line in Guangzhou.
Fitment information you can actually use
Every product page in our catalog states the exact platform a kit fits — for example "BMW 4 Series G22/G23, 2021-2025" — along with the number of parts included, which components are optional, and the material options for each. That specificity matters when you are quoting a customer: there is no guessing whether a "4 Series kit" means the G22 coupe, the G23 convertible, or both. Optional parts such as GT wings and alternative hood designs are always priced separately, so the full-kit price you see is the price of what is actually included.
How we work with dealers
We are export-only. Our customers are overseas distributors and tuning shops, and the program is built around how they actually buy:
- No container-level MOQ. Trial orders start from a single kit, so a new dealer can test fitment and quality before committing.
- Both materials in one catalog. Dealers can serve budget builds (FRP) and show-car builds (carbon fiber) from the same supplier.
- OEM and custom work available. We produce to customer designs and private-label specifications in addition to our own catalog lines.
- Worldwide shipping. We regularly export to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, and handle export documentation end to end.
Production lead time depends on material and order size — ask for the current schedule when you request a quote. Every kit is inspected before packing, and if anything arrives wrong we make it right.

KAKAER Body Kits / CCRT DESIGN is operated by Kakaer Automobile Repacking Design (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd, a team based at A126, 1818 Creative Park, Dongping, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510000, China. Design, tooling, molding and QC are all handled in-house; we control fitment against actual vehicles, not only CAD files.
